ACH Refugee & BAME Employment Partnerships

Working with ACH

We deliver employability programmes for local businesses and national corporates, and are the go-to partner for employers looking to diversity their workforce, reduce recruitment costs and address skills shortages.

We have strong strategic partnerships with local authorities, government agencies, and education providers looking to access traditionally hard to reach groups. We co-design and co-create programmes with real experience and requirements, and deliver quality training based on practitioner experience and tailored to the needs of specific target groups.
