Project Implementation Lead

Based in Cobalt Square, Hagley Road, Birmingham

As a result of ACH's continued growth, we require a Project Implementation Lead to ensure we maximise the impact of our integration focussed projects. This role is not just about contract management but is about taking the vision that is securing our new contracts and turning it into coordinated controlled implementation planning and delivery.

We want individuals who are committed to what we do and who have the vision and skills to help us deliver on our ambitions for the future. You will need to be able to work at a strategic level, interact effectively with the Board of directors, challenge constructively, and influence a wide range of stakeholders. We welcome applications from all sections of the community and actively encourage diversity reflecting our customer base. You will need to be able to commit time to this role: Board and Committee members are required to attend around four Board meetings – along with other events, training and appraisals – per year.

Job Club Volunteer / Mentor

Bristol
We are looking for Job club mentors to build strong one-to-one relationships with job club service users. Mentors will support their mentee/s to look and apply for work, get to know the local area and gain confidence with their job search and career aspirations. As a Job Club Mentor, you will be working alongside the Job Club Manager, a Career Adviser and fellow Volunteers to provide support to our service users.
