You will need to be able to work at a strategic level, interact effectively with the Board of directors, challenge constructively, and influence a wide range of stakeholders. You will need to be able to commit time to this role: Board and Committee members are required to attend around four Board meetings – along with other events, training and appraisals – per year.

Job Club Volunteer / Mentor

We are looking for Job club mentors to build strong one-to-one relationships with job club service users. Mentors will support their mentee/s to look and apply for work, get to know the local area and gain confidence with their job search and career aspirations. As a Job Club Mentor, you will be working alongside the Job Club Manager, a Career Adviser and fellow Volunteers to provide support to our service users.
