Careers Advisor x2

Birmingham, West Midlands

We’re currently looking for two Careers Advisors to join us on a full-time or part-time basis.

If you have experience of delivering careers advice (or are looking to develop your career in this area), this is a brilliant opportunity to join an innovative organisation that helps people to realise their full potential.

National Careers Service Adviser/Trainee (Field Based)

West Midlands

Job Purpose:

To provide careers advice and guidance to National Careers Service customers using a variety of delivery methods and to support customer through to a job or learning outcome.

Full time equivalent – This role is based on 0.5 FTE – therefore will be pro rata based on 18.5 hours ( 2.5 days )

(Dependent on CIAG Level 4 qualification/experience)

You will need to be able to work at a strategic level, interact effectively with the Board of directors, challenge constructively, and influence a wide range of stakeholders. We welcome applications from all sections of the community and actively encourage diversity reflecting our customer base. You will need to be able to commit time to this role: Board and Committee members are required to attend around four Board meetings – along with other events, training and appraisals – per year.
