You will need to be able to work at a strategic level, interact effectively with the Board of directors, challenge constructively, and influence a wide range of stakeholders. We welcome applications from all sections of the community and actively encourage diversity reflecting our customer base. You will need to be able to commit time to this role: Board and Committee members are required to attend around four Board meetings – along with other events, training and appraisals – per year.

Job Club Volunteer / Mentor

We are looking for Job club mentors to build strong one-to-one relationships with job club service users. Mentors will support their mentee/s to look and apply for work, get to know the local area and gain confidence with their job search and career aspirations. As a Job Club Mentor, you will be working alongside the Job Club Manager, a Career Adviser and fellow Volunteers to provide support to our service users.
