We’re looking for a Project Manager to join Himilo Training on a two-year, fixed-term contract and oversee a new project to support Third Country National (TCN) entrepreneurs across Bristol, Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of the Effective Digital Entrepreneurship & Business Support for Refugees and Migrants (EDEBS) project.

EDEBS will provide innovative, holistic support to TCN entrepreneurs at all stages, from start-up planning through to growth, and will be delivered in partnership with the West of England Combined Authority and University of Bristol.

Working with our Chief Innovation Officer, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the project across the partnership, including staffing, performance, financial management and reporting, resource development and relationships with funders and stakeholders. 

You will also:

- Ensure that project staff have the knowledge and tools to perform at their best 
- Act as the first point of contact for the Responsible Authority, Audit Authority and any other agent appointed
- Provide advice on AMIF-specific requirements for all project activities
- Prepare Board reports

About You

To join us as the Project Manager, you will need:

- Project management experience 
- Experience of working within an EU funding framework 
- Demonstrable knowledge of current AMIF, ESIF or ESF compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills 
- Strong attention to detail and good multi-tasking skills 

An understanding of commercial business support activities would be beneficial to your application. A PRINCE2 or similar qualification would also be an advantage.
