Accommodation services

Supporting refugees and migrants since 2008, ACH is here to help you live an independent and ambitious life. Led by lived experience, we have a track record of delivering effective support services that give people the tools they need to succeed.

We have safe and secure accommodation for refugees and migrants in Bristol, Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton. Our houses are shared, fully furnished and suitable for single adults with low to medium support needs. We also have a small number of non-supported and emergency houses.

Supported accommodation

When living in our supported accommodation you will have a dedicated Support and Housing Officer who can help you manage your tenancy, finances and what you need to live independently. You will also have access to experienced Careers, Business and Training Advisors.

We can support you with:

  • Housing and managing your tenancy
  • Education, training and employment
  • Budgeting, accessing welfare benefits and finance advice
  • Cultural integration and social inclusion
  • Accessing health and wellbeing services
  • Immigration advice from an OISC registered advisor (level 1 Asylum and Protection advisors and a limited number of level 2 Asylum and Protection and level 1 Immigration advisors)
  • Move on support - private rental and social housing applications
  • Accessing family reunion support
