ACH present at Salesforce World Tour

On 17th May, ACH senior managers Osman Ishal and Richard Thickpenny presented to a packed room of delegates at the Salesforce World Tour, sharing our key learnings on using Salesforce for recording and measuring programme and impact management.

Osman and Richard were invited to attend by Heather Black, MD of Economic Change CIC, whom we worked with to implement Salesforce within ACH. It is now used widely across the business, creating a rigorous management system that allows us to track our key performance indicators and monitor the progression of our tenants and learners through our courses and programme of support.

At conclusion of the presentation Osman and Richard received a spontaneous round of applause from attendees.
