IT Entry Level Course 

The course aims to offer practical knowledge about the world wide web (www), navigating the internet and using it as a tool for finding information and performing other actions relating to communication or performing transactions. Also the course teaches the basics of emails: writing and sending emails, email etiquette and email management.
