SE100 awards

Leading ACH to success

The NatWest SE100 celebrates the growth, impact and resilience of social ventures in the UK by naming the 100 most impressive social enterprises of the year in their Index and giving seven SE100 Social Business Awards for the most outstanding achievers.

We were absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted for three NatWest SE100 Social Business Awards last week: Leadership, Resilience and Storytelling.

We were last involved in the SE100 awards back in 2015, but since then we have been quietly growing into a leading social business providing social and economic inclusion for refugees. Being shortlisted for three awards clearly shows how far we have come in that time.

And at a packed event in London on 28th March, our CEO was given the highly prestigious honour of winning the Leadership Award, for demonstrating excellent leadership, effectiveness and inspiration in taking the ACH team on a mission-driven journey to success.

Despite not winning the other two awards we were pleased to be shortlisted for the Storytelling award for our #rethinkingrefugee campaign, and the Resilience Award, for consistently delivering and improving our services through a period of turbulent political change and an unfavourable social climate for refugees.

It was great to be present in a room full of inspiring social businesses and we look forward to next year’s awards!
