We are delighted to share with you the highlights from our recent Resident Engagement Day, a significant event where we brought together some of our tenants to listen to their voices and gather their invaluable feedback. With the participation of our esteemed board members, senior management, housing, and support team, the day was dedicated to ensuring that we are delivering the best possible service and support to our clients.

Held in the vibrant city of Birmingham, we welcomed tenants not only from Birmingham but also from Bristol, Coventry, and Wolverhampton where we have physical offices and provide support. It was a true representation of the diverse and inclusive community we strive to foster.

Earlier in the day, our CEO, Fuad Mahamed, took centre stage, setting the tone for an inspiring gathering. With his heartfelt opening keynote, he conveyed our unwavering commitment to our client’s well-being and reaffirmed our dedication to supporting them on their unique journeys. His words resonated deeply, igniting a shared sense of purpose among everyone present.

Throughout the event, the room was filled with open and constructive discussions, as tenants shared their experiences, challenges, and ideas for improvement. Their feedback is at the heart of everything we do, and hearing their voices firsthand allows us to continually enhance our services and create meaningful change.

Our tenants are a vital part of our community hence we are very grateful that they could join us to share their valuable insights and we are honoured to have the opportunity to serve them better. As we move forward, we remain dedicated to turning the feedback into action. We will continue to work tirelessly to implement improvements, address concerns, and ensure that our services align with our client’s needs and aspirations.
