ACH Unveils Bold New Brand Identity to Reflect Growth, Purpose, and Impact
ACH, a leading UK social enterprise empowering refugees and migrants to thrive through supported housing, meaningful employment, deep community connection, and full social integration, has unveiled a new brand identity - marking a pivotal moment in its 16-year journey of supporting refugees and migrants to live, work and thrive.
This brand evolution signals not a reinvention, but a renewed expression of what ACH has always stood for: empowerment, inclusion, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a better future.
The decision to rebrand comes as the scale, ambition, and impact of ACH’s work have grown significantly. With services spanning supported housing, careers support, business empowerment, training and national policy influence, ACH has become a vital force across Bristol, Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton — and beyond.
“Our work has outgrown our old look,” said Fuad Mahamed, CEO of ACH. “We needed an identity that matches the energy, purpose, and professionalism of our team and reflects the innovation and impact we deliver every day.”
At the heart of the refresh is a bold new logo and visual identity featuring vibrant colours and human-centred design - rooted in community, powered by diversity, driven by opportunity, and shaped by impact. ACH’s new identity has been designed to align with its mission of empowering individuals from refugee and migrant backgrounds not just to survive, but to thrive independently.
The new look is more than aesthetic: it’s a strategic platform built to increase visibility, trust and connection across audiences.
It also includes a fully rebuilt website. The upcoming relaunch will offer a significantly improved experience for service users, partners, and funders alike - with features like multilingual navigation, enhanced accessibility, and clearer calls to action.
“This brand is about clarity and confidence,” added Mahamed. “ACH is more than a housing provider. We drive careers. We support entrepreneurs. We shape national policy. And we do it all while amplifying the voices and economic contributions of the communities we serve.”
What hasn’t changed is ACH’s mission: to walk alongside those rebuilding their lives, to ensure they are supported and empowered and to create spaces and opportunities for refugees and migrants to thrive.
“ACH is still who we’ve always been,” Mahamed said. “But we’re standing taller, speaking louder, and ready for greater impact - with a brand built to lead, connect, and thrive and a team ready to empower and drive change.”
